TCG Pulse is run by Justin Smith ("we"). This page explains what personal data the site handles.

No accounts, no cookies

You can use the whole site without an account. We don't set cookies, use advertising trackers or sell personal data. That's why there is no cookie banner.

Analytics

We don't currently run any analytics. If we add some, it will be a cookieless, privacy-focused tool and we will update this page.

The newsletter is not open yet, so we don't collect email addresses.

Hosting logs

Like any website, our host processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve pages and stop abuse. Those short-lived logs are covered by the host's own privacy policy.

Third-party content

Most card images load from TCGplayer's and DotGG's image servers, so those servers see your IP address when they send the images. Yu-Gi-Oh! standard artwork is served from this site. Links to stores take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact the address on our contact page.

Children

The site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
